"Our class went to the California Wheat Commission as a field trip. It was very interesting. I learned a lot about wheat. I learned about the parts of the wheat, the mills, and I made a tortilla, and the rest of the class did too. We also got pasta to cook at home. The experience was really cool. "I would like to thank you guys for teaching me about the three things inside a wheat kernel, the bran, the germ, and the endosperm.  Making the tortillas were also a fun hands-on thing to do and also with the fettuccine. When I ate the tortilla and the fettuccine it was pretty amazing and so was the cookie. I learned quite a bit and I'm thankful that you took your time to teach my class and I about wheat today."

But then eventually I got comfortable being around the machines. The whole-wheat toritllas were really good and fun to make. The fettuccine was my favorite thing out of everything we had eaten.
